Evidence before interpretation
Material factual claims should be traceable to displayed sources. Court-derived content starts with an official judgment, opinion, order, court page or authorized repository. Where an official source is unavailable, the limitation remains visible.
Labels that do real work
We distinguish court-record facts, allegations or disputed matters, holdings, PARAVEILUX analysis, assumptions, counter-signals and limitations. A symbolic signal is never presented as evidence.
Role-anonymized, not source-obscured
Case narratives use business roles and omit unnecessary personal detail. The source panel still names the public case and citation so readers can verify the record.
Scope and currentness
A decision is specific to its jurisdiction, procedural posture, facts and date. We do not imply that one case states a universal rule. Review is triggered by a source change, appeal, material criticism, rule change or credible correction request.
Corrections
Material corrections should be dated and explained. We do not silently rewrite a substantive error to make the historical record look cleaner.
Publication gate
Draft, unverified, internally restricted or private-studio material must not enter public routes. Search discovery and good technical validation do not replace editorial or specialist review.
